Description: Since 1910, LFS has been supporting the most vulnerable populations through providing essential social services through four program areas;
1) Immigrant Services - providing settlement and support services to newcomers, refugees and immigrants.
2) DaCapo - providing a wide spectrum of programs for individuals with developmental disabilities including brain injury and Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder.
3) Counselling, Outreach, Education - providing education and counselling support to a wide variety of victims including those that have experienced trauma.
4) Home Services - proving in-home health care to a wide variety of individuals including seniors.
These programs support over 6,800 individuals every year, achieve a better quality of life which builds a stronger community.
