Position: Selling native Wildflowers - Waterton Wildflower Festival
Location: 201 Cameron Falls Drive, Waterton Park, AB, Canada
Impact Statement: If you love flowers this is for you. During the Waterton Wildflower Festival we encourage visitors to buy and plant wildflowers native to Alberta in there yards.

By dedicating your time to selling native wildflowers you will help spread the word that native wildflowers need less water and are better adapted to the dry summers in Alberta.
Description: Administer sales: Take cash payments and make change. Take credit card payments using iPad or iPhone with Square app.
Answer questions: Answer questions about wildflower species. Brief descriptions are provided for each species.
Care for plants: Monitor condition, water when necessary.
Tidy station: keep sales booth tidy and neat.
Training Details: Orientation will be provided on the spot.
Working Conditions: Low Risk
Working mostly inside with the general public in a public space. One festival staff member is always present. Some outside work might occur.
Able to lift up to 20 pounds.
Minimum Duration: Special event
Timing: Weekday - Daytime, Weekend - Daytime
Time Detail: Shifts will be 4 hours. Morning and afternoon. Probably 8 am to noon and noon to 4 pm.
