Position: Set-up/Take-down - MS Walk
Location: Henderson Lake
Impact Statement: To be a Leader in finding a cure for Multiple Sclerosis and in enabling people affected by MS to enhance their quality of life.
Description: Responsibilities include

Set-up:
•Placing signage
•Arranging tables and chairs
•Setting up booths (including the pop-up tents) – food & beverage, registration, MS booth, team photos and face painting

Take-down:
•Tearing down commercial tents
•Cleaning up garbage
•Taking down banners and signage
•Folding up tables and chairs and putting them in the van
•Returning supplied to various businesses
•Loading and transporting left-over materials back to the MS Society office

This is a vital role to the success of our event. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out. We can combine this role with other roles that are active through out the event.
Minimum Duration: 6 months or less
Timing: Weekday - Daytime, Weekday - Evening, Weekend - Daytime
Time Detail: Volunteers are needed on Friday, April 26 from 1:00 pm until the site is set up. We are open to fit your schedule.

Volunteers are also needed on Saturday, April 27 between 6:00 am to 1:00 pm with a variety of time options/roles to fit your schedule.
