Board Room & Owl Camera Rentals
Volunteer Lethbridge members have access to meeting resources, including rental of our 360-degree Owl camera with a built-in microphone and speaker- perfect for hybrid meetings and presentations!
Members also receive a discounted rate of $250 per day for board room rentals at the Penny Building, making it easier to host effective and professional gatherings.

Promote your nonprofit’s mission and connect with passionate volunteers through our Opportunities Website, where community members explore a wide range of opportunities to get involved.
As a member, you can create a public profile for your organization and post volunteer roles that align with your needs.
Volunteers can browse and filter opportunities based on the type of work, the demographics they wish to support, and whether the role requires a Police Information Check or Vulnerable Sector Check. Whether it’s a Basic opportunity or an Advanced one, this platform makes it easier for your organization to find the right people

Weekly Volunteer Email
Every week, Volunteer Lethbridge connects our database of volunteers to the meaningful opportunities created by our members by sending out a curated email featuring the latest volunteer roles posted. This is one of many ways we promote your opportunities directly to those in our community looking to contribute!
Member Mondays
Once a week, member agencies are featured to our Facebook and Instagram audiences with a description of your organization's mission and your logo. We are able to customize the content based on your promotional needs and event schedule!
Opportunity Tuesdays
Each Tuesday we feature a volunteer opportunity from one of our member agencies to our Facebook and Instagram audiences. Volunteers sign up fast, and our Opportunity Tuesday slots are quickly grabbed up by members!
Talked About Thursdays
At our member's request, we will feature any upcoming special events that you would like to see highlighted to our Facebook and Instagram audiences.
Shout Out Saturdays
Saturdays are for recognizing outstanding staff and volunteers! At our member's request, we love to feature and recognize to our Facebook and Instagram audiences those community members that truly make a difference to the missions of our local nonprofits.

Each week, Volunteer Lethbridge highlights one of our member nonprofit organizations in the Lethbridge Herald, celebrating their impact and raising awareness about their work in the community. While publication depends on available space, this opportunity is regularly featured and offers valuable exposure for our members.
